I have the glass bowls only from some vintage ceiling lights. How can I retrofit them to use them?

I am remodeling a family farmhouse and wanna use these to retain some old

character. l only have the glass — the saucer type. They have three

am semi-handy and can wire. Are there new fixtures l could buy that hang

like this so l could change out the glass? Or should l make something from

thinking you might be able to find the parts you need quite easily.. or,

i know exactly what you are talking about . mine has a frost

washers for the top of the glass . i got some really weird chains . it had

like points on it . lead them up to a fixture i ran each wire separate &

weaved it through the chains . had a hard time finding bright orange  
wiring . but i ran it up all 4 chains painted the chains flat black . they  
went into a brass cap from a ceiling fan . you know were the light fixture  
is . well it fastened to the ceiling fixture just right . then i got this  
horrid looking beauty ring from a junk store . i cleaned it up then gave  
it a good lacquer finish . but that wasn't enough i had to do this . i  
glued a ring on the bottom & hung a thingy from it . dont know what it is  
called but it is some decoration for those fancy tied back curtains .
